  • Subscriptions

All subscriptions / memberships automatically renew. You can cancel your Body by Pauline app subscription at any time to avoid future payments, but we will be sad to see you go.

When cancelling your Body by Pauline app subscription, the following applies:

  • We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time.
  • Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds, nor pro rate remaining subscriptions.
  • After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the Body by Pauline app for the entire course of the remaining billing cycle you have paid for.
  • To reactivate your subscription after it expires, you can log back into your iOS app.

After clicking link: Scroll to and click on ‘Body by Pauline’ > Select ‘Cancel Subscription’

Settings > Itunes & App Store > Click on Apple ID (View ID & sign-in) > Subscriptions > Body by Pauline

If you have problems that we are unable to help you with and you need to contact Apple and/or request a refund you can contact Apple Support directly to request a refund (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084). Apple handles your payment directly through your iTunes account and doesn’t pass your payment information to Body by Pauline so we are unfortunately unable to assist with refund requests.
