Please Delete App and Reinstall

 

All subscriptions / memberships automatically renew. You can cancel your Pauline Nordin app subscription at any time to avoid future payments, but we will be sad to see you go.

When cancelling your Pauline Nordin app subscription, the following applies:

  • We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time.
  • Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds, nor pro rate remaining subscriptions.
  • After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the Pauline Nordin app for the entire course of the remaining billing cycle you have paid for.
  • To reactivate your subscription after it expires, you can log back into your iOS or Android app, or visit our website here.
  • Talk to a Human, email us customerservice@fighterdiet.com

To Manage or Cancel your subscription, please select the method below that you used to pay for Pauline Nordin:

  • iOS / Apple
  • Google / Android
  • Credit/Debit Card

If you subscribed on iOS please you can cancel your subscription by going to the following:

Go to the your Apple Settings  > Click on Your Apple Name > Subscriptions > Pauline Nordin and click 'Cancel Subscription'

If you have problems that we are unable to help you with and you need to contact Apple and/or request a refund you can contact Apple Support directly to request a refund (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084). Apple handles your payment directly through your iTunes account and doesn’t pass your payment information to Pauline Nordin so we are unfortunately unable to assist with refund requests.

If you have a problem with your purchase, try these to fix the issue on your own. If those steps don’t work, here are more options:

Google does not give refunds for most Google Play purchases. However there are exceptions (see below.) You can also us directly. We can help with purchase issues, and can process refunds pursuant to its policies and applicable laws​.

If you subscribed on Android please provide us the original purchase receipt and/or order number (which should start with GPA).
