If you subscribed on iOS please you can cancel your subscription here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039
After clicking link: Scroll to and click on ‘Body by Pauline’ > Select ‘Cancel Subscription’
OR You can:
Settings > Itunes & App Store > Click on Apple ID (View ID & sign-in) > Subscriptions > Body by Pauline

If you have problems that we are unable to help you with and you need to contact Apple and/or request a refund you can contact Apple Support directly to request a refund (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084). Apple handles your payment directly through your iTunes account and doesn’t pass your payment information to Body by Pauline so we are unfortunately unable to assist with refund requests.

If you have a problem with your purchase, try these to fix the issue on your own. If those steps don’t work, here are more options:
Google does not give refunds for most Google Play purchases. However there are exceptions (see below.) You can also us directly. We can help with purchase issues, and can process refunds pursuant to its policies and applicable laws.
If you subscribed on Android please provide us the original purchase receipt and/or order number (which should start with GPA).
